ROOF SYSTEM
Thanks to our own construction solution of steel roof system, we can provide a wide range of roof sheathings, which are suitable for non-insulated and insulated building. Our company offers PIR,PUR and Miwo panels, from manufacturers like KINGSPAN, ARPANEL,
PANELTECH and BALEXMETAL.
For insulated buildings, we use sandwich panels or folded roof sheathings. For non-insulated buildings, we use trapezoidal sheets from the Slovak MASLEN manufacturer.
There are several options, from which to choose roof sheathing of buildings. Each of the options has its own specifics from the perspective of different physical-technological parameters and the demands for its realization. The selection of roof sheathing depends on the specific conditions of given building.
Roof sheathing is used for roof constructions with minimum slope and with high demands for thermal insulation qualities. For roofs with lower slope, lighter roof panels are used, the surface of which is treated with a hydro-insulation foil and PUR foam. The lower layer of the roof is made of trapezoidal lacquered sheet metal. The absence of gutters is a great advantage.

The company IRONEX-STEEL CONSTRUCIONS focuses on the production and assembly of steel structures. Implements civil, residential engineering and industrial buildings, as well as the renovation of apartment buildings. The current capacity of the company enables an average production of 300 tons per month in its own halls of the production area in Komárno.
