Prefabricated halls with a frame type of steel construction are the most advantageous in terms of efficient use of space. We supply insulated or uninsulated halls with a saddle or counter roof.
Depending on the width of the structure, steel halls are realized without a central support (up to 60 meters) or with a central support (over 60 meters). Their use is suitable for halls with large spans. In the case of construction with a central support, the total costs are reduced.
The construction of the halls is divided into so-called modules that represent the distance between the individual frames of the steel structure. These range from 5 to 6 meters.

Frame halls consist of a number of different materials. However, the basis is a load-bearing steel structure, which is formed by IPE profiles. In the roof is connected by prisons. Their type is determined on the basis of a calculation which takes into account the span (width of the hall), modulus, insulation, the spacing of the prisons and also the snow load.
Dam trusses allow the creation of large spaces without support columns. They are an economically advantageous choice (more advantageous than frame constructions). With this type of construction, the clear height of the hall is significantly reduced.
Insulated frame halls are insulated using sandwich panels. Sandwich panels are offered in different thicknesses, features and colors. High level of fire resistance of these panels is a given.
Buildings, which will not serve as production facilities, insulation using sandwich panels is not necessary. Their steel constructions are sheathed with thicker trapezoid sheet metal

The company IRONEX-STEEL CONSTRUCIONS focuses on the production and assembly of steel structures. Implements civil, residential engineering and industrial buildings, as well as the renovation of apartment buildings. The current capacity of the company enables an average production of 300 tons per month in its own halls of the production area in Komárno.
